SMALL POTS AND CUPS
The minimum pot diameter for the Clikstand is 4.2". If you want to use a smaller pot or cup with the Clikstand there are several ways to do this (see below).
Warning: When using cups/mugs with the suggestions listed below be aware that the handle(s) will be directly exposed to the burner flames and will become too hot to hold with your bare hands. A glove or pot grabber will be required.
Suggestion #1: Simply bend pot supports tabs inward enough to provide a stable base for your cup or small pot as shown below. This is best done using a vise, but can be done with a set of pliers as well. This works well for smaller pots (approx. 4"/102mm in diameter) such as the MSR Titan Kettle and smaller Snow Peak pot sets. This modification will not affect the performance of the Clikstand or it's ability to nest together.
Suggestion #2: Using a piece heavy wire (coat hanger wire works well) form a triangular shaped piece that fits across the top of the Clikstand as shown below. This works well for cups and mugs.

Suggestion #3: Using heavy wire, form three U-shaped pieces that hang across the top of the Clikstand as shown below. This gives the same result as suggestion #2, but is easier to fabricate.
